Savera means morning in Sanskrit — the start of something new. That's exactly what we set out to build.

Just like our name means morning, we symbolise the start of an adventure — the belief that every property has a story and the potential to offer a unique, unforgettable experience.
How it started
Shiva and Ishaan have been friends since school — and travellers for just as long. Between them, they've stayed in enough places to know exactly what makes a great stay and what makes it fall short.
Savera was born from a simple frustration: the best private villas in India weren't being presented the way they deserved. Buried in OTA listings, competing on price rather than experience.
They set out to change that. Every villa in the Savera collection is personally visited by Shiva or Ishaan before it's listed. Every host personally met. The photography, the copy, the guest experience — all of it is held to a standard they'd want for their own guests.
