Welcome to Eila by Savera, a tranquil escape tucked into the heart of Morjim’s breezy, coconut-fringed landscape. Set within a charming boutique villa, Eila houses three thoughtfully designed 2BHK apartments, one on each floor — each offering a nearly identical layout, artistic flair, and lush green views.

Depending on your group size or travel style, you can book a single 2BHK apartment, a 4BHK combination across two floors, or even take over the entire 6BHK villa — perfect for everything from intimate getaways to group holidays or family reunions. No matter how you choose to stay, the experience is consistent: peaceful, sun-drenched, and effortlessly Goan.

Just a short 5–7 minute walk from Morjim Beach, Eila places you at the quiet end of town while keeping you close to all the good stuff — brunch spots like Osa and Baba Au Rhum, stylish beach lounges like Elevar and Thalassa, and everything in between. Whether you're unwinding, working remotely, or celebrating something special, Eila makes it easy to feel at home.

The Space and Rooms

Each floor at Eila features a 2BHK apartment filled with soft natural light, tropical-inspired decor, and breezy open-plan living. The living room is bright and inviting, with plush seating, a 50” Smart TV, board games, fast Wi-Fi, and large French doors that open to private balconies with garden views.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, RO, cookware, and everything needed for casual cooking or your morning cup of tea. A dining counter connects the space, ideal for quick meals or evening chats.

Each bedroom is designed for rest, with queen-size beds, premium 8-inch spring mattresses, ACs, wardrobes, reading lamps, and work desks. Both rooms in each apartment open to an extended balcony that looks out over peaceful green fields.

The bathrooms are clean, functional, and modern, featuring walk-in showers, geysers for hot water, plush towels, toiletries, a hairdryer — and even a smart commode with seat warmer and auto-lift in select units.

House Rules

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • To ensure your utmost comfort, kindly adhere to the number of guests mentioned in your booking confirmation. Our Apartment boasts 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 individuals with ease. Should you require additional sleeping arrangements, we are delighted to offer extra mattresses at a nominal charge.

  • We follow a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke on the balconies and the outside areas.

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please kindly enjoy music inside the apartment between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am. We value our neighbors' need for rest and our commitment to following regulations. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

  • We kindly request our guests to help conserve water by refraining from unnecessary towel usage and proper disposal.
    Water conservation is a top priority for us, and your support is highly valued.

  • Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets at this property. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

  • For your comfort and to keep mosquitoes at bay, please keep windows and doors closed when not in use. We appreciate guests who develop the habit of turning off lights and electronic devices when not needed.

  • In the event of lost keys, for your safety, the lock cylinders will be replaced by a locksmith. Any associated costs will be charged accordingly.

  • To maintain the integrity of the property, we kindly ask that you refrain from using decoration items that could cause damage.

  • For everyone's safety, the apartment premises strictly prohibit flammable, explosive materials, and objects with unpleasant odors.

  • We strictly enforce a no-drugs policy and do not tolerate any illegal or objectionable activities that could cause concern.

  • We trust that you understand that any potential damages will be deducted from the security deposit you have provided.

    Mopa International Airport - 30 mins
    Dabolim Airport - 50 mins
    Morjim Beach - 3-5 mins

     Ashwem Beach - 8-10 mins

  • The driving directions and the exact location of the apartment are shared upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30 days before the check-in date.

  • 75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 20-29 days before the check-in date.

  • 50% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 15-19 days before the check-in date.

  • No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date.
