Our villa boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 individuals with ease. Should you require additional sleeping arrangements, we are delighted to offer extra mattresses at a nominal charge.

We follow a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke on the balconies and the outside areas.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please kindly enjoy music inside the villa between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am. We value our neighbors' need for rest and our commitment to following regulations. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

While we provide a wonderful open pool, please note that no lifeguard is on duty. The owners/management company cannot be held liable for any incidents, particularly involving children.
